So erm.. This is really embarrassing to post but I am so confused!!

I have a high sex drive anyway but ever since we got the bfp I have been scared to DTD - with my last pregnancy (ectopic) we DTD and I bled resulting in a scan & finding it was ectopic.. It was horrible BUT if I hadn't bled I wouldn't of known and I could of had a ruptured tube later on SO I suppose it was a good thing?! :-/

In this pregnancy we DTD the other day & the whole time I was panicking in my mind that it would happen again but luckily I didn't bleed. My OH has a low sex drive anyway so not having full blown sex at the minute benefits both of us!! However... I was just cleaning house & sat down for a minute & had an orgasm!! I wasnt even touching myself or anything.. I had my legs crossed so unsure if that did something but it just came over me?!

I ran to the loo to look for bleeding but nothing... It really does worry me!! I googled and apparently some women can get high sex drives as the breasts and genitals are more swollen with blood at the beginning.. I remember having serious wet dreams last pregnancy too where I would orgasm in my sleep!!

I can't go 9months with being worried of sitting down... Imagine if that happened at work!!

xx

Hi hun... I dont usually have that higher sex drive but since getting my bfp I've been a bit like a randy teenager. I had this with my son and it was the first tell tale sign for me. Things are so much more enjoyable but ive not experienced what you did.

I can understand your worrying this time but as you said so yourself it really wasn't the dtd that caused the outcome last time and it is safe to dtd in pregnancy unless Dr says otherwise (usually when placenta is covering the cervix). Try not to worry and congratulations xx

I normally have quite a high drive but since finding out i was pregnant and suffering with the constant nausea and sickness we have only DTD a few times. OH is understanding and doesn't really have a high drive so hasn't been an issue

Thanks girls.

Since my sickness started I have not been on it atall & my OH has a low sex drive anyway so it's not too bad right now..

I am still scared to DTD regardless.

However I am hoping it will be okay when we just do it without thinking - if you know what I mean??

xx
