sex after the baby

for those of you who kept a high sex drive all through pregnancy.....
My sex drive has only dipped for a week during my pregnancy (so far!) now we're back like rabbits and i cant imagine not wanting sex for weeks and weeks...., did your sex drive crash when you gave birth? Or did you still want to , but didnt cos you knew you had to wait and heal?

Mine went towards the end, due to pain and the big bump lol..but the drive didnt go hehe

were back to it when mia was 5 days old lol, but more recently mine has crashed big time...i think its due to how i feel about my body, that and im just so tired from being a mummy lol

for me it did go down when ashley was born just felt like a mummy breast feeding cuddling and comforting,

a couple of people i have spoken to and i felt the same was there partners were now at the back of the que and baby was more important,

it would build up again once baby slepps through the night and you can start to get time to your selfs

i still wanted sex but tried it too soon (2 weeks after) and it hurt like hell! sex drive is still there however often tiredness overrides it. u still want it but just cant be arsed moving to get it!

mine died a death duriong the last pregnancy but came back after she was born, 2 weeks later I had to get the morning after pill

My sex drive died. It's still dead actually. We've done it once since Alex was born and that's only because DH was climbing the walls he was so desperate lol
