in hospital

Suspected waters break. Did an amniotic fluid test and came back positive. So was kept in after coming in for 3 mins apart contractions for over an hour. Got to have another test soon today. But contractions still going and reaching 60 on the monitor just a bit further apart. Managed 3 hours sleep but in pain and tired. If it is my waters i will be induced today at 35 plus 5. Will update as and when i can xx

Well so much for listening to me been 48 hours since i had a leak of waters so i was told to have another test which thy didnt do and sent me home. Im so angry im going to my doctor to tell him everything. Im not feeling well at all. So angry and upset about being ignored xx

Can you admit yourself to another hospital? This sounds really hideous how you've been treated?x

Oh hun, I'm so sorry you are having such a tough time at the moment. Its not on that they are treating you like this. I would look into the complaints policy at the hospital, as it is really not ok that they are leaving you feeling unwell. Is there another hospital nearby that you could go to?

Hopefully your doctor will be more sympathetic and actually do something to help you.

Im going armed to the doctors tomorrow with all these questions. I cant believe they were told to do another amniotic test and never also told to put me on the monitor and all i get offered is a few seconds on the baby doppler because she couldnt be bothered to get the monitoring machine which ill add was in the cubcile opposite me

To wait and see. The contractions were hitting the 60s on the trace at 1am. Still having them now but not as often
