Even though this is a good appointment.

Just going to chat to my GP about our plans to start TTC in December and see about blood tests folic acid etc.

It went well. My GP is great and gave me a lot of information.

Got my rubella blood test booked for next week.

I'm fine with needles really but still quite nervous!! Not had a blood test in a long time!

Omg. I came so close to passing out. I almost fell up the steps coming out of my doctors. Now I'm sat in my car trying to get back to normal.

Hi cupcake mummy! I am also planning on TTC from December! It was going to be sooner than that but I have had to have my MMR jab, one dose last week and the other in a months time and then have to wait 3 months after that to start TTC. It seems like such a long time off but I know its worth it to get my body ready. And I am totally the same as you for getting nervous when I go to the doctors, I'm glad its not just me!

I had by bloods took a few weeks back for the same thing. Had the same chat to my doctor (who was getting ready to go on maternity leave herself) and I got nervous! My bloods came back fine too. How exciting, Good luck for december!
