That Dr was talking twadle saying the baby would be sick if born now!

My oldest brother was born at 32 weeks in 1969! and he is fine, well admitidly my Mum said he looked like a bag of giblets when he was born and my Nan ran out the room crying and said her first grandchild looked so ugly but he is now 39 and fine and they didn't have the technology they have today in 1969.

Thank you for the serious message behind it too. I don't know what was up with that doc the other day!

He even mixed me up with another patient.

He said: Your tummy was non tender when I touched it.

I said: You didn't touch it.

He said : I did.

I said: I would know if you had felt my stomach.

He said: Oh, it's so busy, I must be mixing you up with someone else.



So, how much of the other things about me was he 'mixing' up with someone else!!

He was sending me home and I got annoyed, as e hadn't even looked for any results. So he gave me canesten (for thrush I had canesten for last weekbut he would not listen) and antibiotics (the same ones HE has stopped another doc giving me last week.....But for the same results )

Incompetent little sh*t!!!

These medical people think they are gods! My MW was looking for my blood tests results from 28 weeks on Monday and looked confused I said you didn't take them at 28 weeks and she got really pi$$y with me because I pointed out she forgot to do them all those weeks ago

Getting pains this morning, but am in a better frame of mind....Day time makes me feel less scared when in pain

Well, I usually go to appointments alone....as I don't see the need to take people with me (comes from being single in first pregnancy I think)
But, OH has taken the day off and is coming with me tomorrow. He is very quiet, but have warned him that he better speak up with me tomorrow.

They reckon this baby is big, always has been healthy, had steroids....so when I get to 37 weeks, they should be able to do something for me. I did not want to be induced. But with SPD and stomach pains, I cannot go on for another 5-7 weeks like this

Ah I'm sorry your having pains again. Your ot having much luck with these bloody doctors, when I was in hospital the reson I stayed in for 3 days instead of 2 was because one of the docs mixed me up with another woman and put on my notes that I was still bleeding when in reality I hadn't been for 24 hours Hopefully you'll get some answers tomorrow- if not resort to violence

my blood is boiling at what you have gone through and had to endure due to there incompatance

id write a leter of complaint out lining every wasted journey and fob of and rude remark and lack of care you have had and report the doctors invloved

im furious that you have got to a stage that you feel you can no longer ask for there support and turn to the hopstial when you need care

its not on love and im so mad your going through this
cant you swap hospitals ????dose the one your at have a history of lack of duty of care and knowleadge of conditions???

Back, pelvis and stomach are very painful tonight. Been very uncomfortable. OH is over tonight though

Seems like a treat, as we usually only get weekends now.

good luck today hun, i had bh from being 28 weeks and they literally brought me to my knees and had me in floods of tears, dont know where they get it from that they dont hurt its a load of rubbish, i went to hospital 3 times with them they were that bad and all i got told was they were worse because i was carrying a big baby (any excuse)
