Hey ladies
I had my implant removed on the 15th and have just started a very light AF.
I Had regular AF on the implant and had just finished AF when I had it taken out so my question is do I now track this AF in my app to see when I'm most fertile or still go from my AF from just before I had implant taken out?
This happened last time when I got pregnant with DD1 but I can't remember what I did and can't find the answer anywhere online.
