Im due on my period on sunday and im so scared the witch will get me!
I want this so much and im crying thinking about it..
I just dont wanna be going threw the dissapointment of it.. I know most have you have been TTC for much longer but it hurts when the witch gets ya ..x

She got me this morning and I sobbed a bit too. But, I am feeling more positive now and ready to bd this month with the goal in mind. Good luck that she will not come and the BFP will!

The b*tch witch got me this morning I feel abit down.. I really thought it were the month this month but obviously not.. Atm im not excited for trying again this month because feels like its not ganna happen ..x

hun I dont know your situation, but have you ever thought about charting?

I was abit like I cant be botherd with that

But it is brilliant, you know when you've ovulated and its so usefull, opks are nothing on there own as you can get a surge and not ovulate.

I highly recommend it

Ok first of all you need a BBT themometer, the best one to get is one that mesures with 2decimals.

Very quick postage, and their service is brilliant.


Set your alarm each morning, I set mine for 7 am.
Make sure its right beside you as you cant hardley move when taking it, it has to be the one and only thing you do apart from switching your alarm off

I take my temp vaginaly,TMI
I put it in me bits upto the bit it shows the temp its very accurate, I find doing it in the mouth isnt always that accurate especaily if you have slept with your mouth open on some nights so it wont give you accurate reading.

Works like a gem!

Allthough I have two themomteres as I use my other by mouth during af as I like to keep track of it, you dont have to.


Do that along with opks, cm and cp ( if you want to )
