not sure if i made a thread or not about marleys bedtime and lately how clingy and whiney he has been! anyway i have stuck to my guns with cc & routine the last few weeks and for the last 4 nights he has been bathed, milk, put to bed (awake) and asleep within 10mins without crying! and sleeps for 12-13 hours! hes now in bed by 7. oh cant believe it! im so pleased with myself lol!! =)))

Well done hon. Im at the end of my tether with how clingly elliot is and how badly he sleeps - still using breastfeeding to settle. I'm in tears writing this so I know how u felt. We start cc tonight and I hope it works - made me feel better reading ur post - light at the end of the tunnel x x

it has been really really hard but worth it in the end. i just had to force myself not to go and pick him up. he is still very clingy during the day but now knows that after bath its bedtime. i used to make the mistake of giving him his bottle in the living room and then taking him to bed whereas now i go straight from the bathroom to the bedroom (i warm the milk before his bath and leave it on my bed ready) so far so good. good luck, you can do it! hope it goes ok for you!!! its really nice to have my evenings to myself again! let us know how u go on!!! xoxoxo

aw well done amy, we did cc crying too and it was pretty tough! so worth it in the end though. glad you have your evenings back and he is settling himself.
