Why do men appear so un-interested sometimes! So my hubby went to a stag night all day and night yesterday so not seen him. I text him this morning with a pic of bump saying look jellybean has grown over night and I get a text back saying 'nice!'
Nothing else - just nice!

I know I'm being silly and hormonal just wish he would seem a little more excited sometimes!

its not real til they can hold it in their arms hun, they know the theory and that their baby is in there but it wont actually be real to them til they can actually see and hold it. men are very simple creatures without much imagination, hence the reason porn exists, if they had any imagination they wouldnt ned it lol

My oh isn't very attached, he'll ask how his babies are ( he calls me babe so that makes plural) but that's it. I think it's what bev says it has to be physical to them, I'm hoping once the bump is there and he can feel kicks etc then it will become real

Thanks girls, I know things don't really change for them at this stage but it would still be nice to show a bit of enthusiasm!!

Hopefully we will feel the baby move in a few weeks time and that will help! Glad I'm not the only one to feel like this xx

Just wanted to update to say that hubby came home from pub at about 8pm walked straight in kissed me and then bent down and kissed bump. I could have cried with happiness bless him! I'm gonna remember this next time I think he is being uninterested - or ply him with alcohol to make him sentimental Lol!!
