Well i havent been online in a few months i was having problems with my ovulation days but i finally got them sorted and now i can share with everyone that im one month pregnant and me and my boyfriend are very happy we just cant stop smiling... there r lots of thing i need to know about but ill ask again later all the best to all of you that are also pregnant take care ill be in touch again soon
One question when should i go to the doctor for the first time to get a check up?

I went to doctors when i first realised i was pregnant about 5 weeks they just made me do the test then booked me in to see the midwife a month later.

I went to my GP 2 days after I found out. It would have been the same day, but it was a bank holiday weekend!

i know how your feeling its the best feeling ever and it only gets better so enjoy!
i rang my gp when i found out at about 5 weeks but i had to go in on the following week to confirm i was pg because they have certain days were they will let u go for that reason only!

i made an appointment for doc a week after i found out and have got my booking in appointment with midwife tmr. the process varies so much from county to county as to when you will get scans and appointments etc. but book in to see doc anytime from now. good luck! x

Thanks to you all i done a home test yesterday morning about 11.15 as i had a funny felling about my body but in a good way then when my boyfriend came home from work we went and bought another home test and i done it again and both times it was very positive, ill get on to the doc then and c how things go ill keep you all informed.

Hi, Congratulations!

Your first appointment with the midwfife is usually between 8-9 weeks, it is where I live anyway. Just go to your doctors reception and book it, no need to see the GP if you're sure its BFP!
