I am approx six weeks pg. My first pg resulted in mc. Had my scan at 12 weeks and the bean had gone away at six weeks. I know i had a healthy pg after that and now have my son.

My worry is this. I have stopped having pg symptoms. Still tired and have sore boobs but no way near as bad as i did with Santi. I'm worried i will have mc and not find out until i am at my scan.

Can symptoms be less than last time. Is it all in my head.

Getting really depressed. I had pnd after i had Santi and i feel as if its coming back :(

If it helps, I've had totally different levels of symptoms with all my pregancies, from chronic sickness :puke: and tiredness  with number 1 to barely anything at all with number 3 and they've all been healthy.

I didn't have any noticeable symptoms with this one untill 8 weeks so you may find that your symptoms come back with a vengeance in a few days :) .

But if you are really worried and it's causing you that much distress, esp with your history of PND then maybe see if your doc or midwife will refer you for an early scan? Worth asking if you think you need it to ease your state of mind.

But I'm sure everything will be fine

I have had 3 pregnancies and they have all been different in terms of symptoms - 6 weeks is quite early for symtoms anyway, and plenty of people wouldn't even think they were pregnant. My pregnancy now is more similar to the one I lost than my first, healthy pregnancy, but this one is fine  . It just does depend. I know it is useless to try and not worry, but it honestly doesn't mean a thing.
I would see if you can get an early scan - it will help reassure you.

My pregnancies have all been different to be honest and the symptoms really do come and go. If you're really worried then I would go to your GP and explain how you're feeling and see if you can get a reassurance scan. If not then you can get them for around £90 privately. I had one at 9 weeks this time because of my missed miscarriage and it was SO worth it for peace of mind. I went to this place in Birmingham which was on top of a GP surgery, they were really nice and it only took a phone call and a few days to arrange. I can send you the details on PM if you like?
