Oh i started to worry about the Epidural too as i wanted one and am scared of needles but at the time you really won't care or even probably feel it. I never felt the injection of morhpine atall! xxx

I think the hardest bit of labor is just listening to your body

I found wanting to know how far u are is a real confusing time coz with each pain (coz they r bad) u think in ur Ed u r defo going to be 7 cm then get checked n ur 3cm u feel like u can't go on, but u have to remember u can take 2 hours to get to 3/4cm then 10mins to get from 4 to 10cm so just stay calm, just think to ur self tomorrows another day n u won't be in pain but u will av ur bubs n each pain ur closer, x u will be fine babe x x x x
