I'm miserable and in pain...

Well after having a week off because of hip and back pain I went back yesterday and it nearly killed me! I could hardly move last night and I'm not much better this morning.

I've phoned in sick this morning and spoke to my GP and I'm getting a sick note for a week.

I just can't go on like this, I feel so miserable.

I've been using a wheat bag and having warm baths which relives it temporarily.

I'd have to try going to work with a wheat bag strapped to each hip

Awww big hugs hun there's nothin worse than pain to make you feel pants Ask your GP about referring you for some acupuncture hun.. it should be available via referral through your GP or if not perhaps try and find a Reiki practicioner to give you some relief hope you get some help soon xxxx
