Im just a nusance :o(

We're travelling the dreded journey to the in laws this saturday for my OH's brothers 18th birthday. We live in Maidenhead and they live in Essex, takes us about 1hr and 30 mins to get there. The journey is horrible and uncomfortable and I must admit I HATE doing it cause its painful.

Anyway... no moaning im going and dealing with it.

Originally we were meant to be getting a hotel, today my OH calls and said "Dad is gonna put a blow up bed up for us" I said... a blow up bed?? He was like yeah its meant to be really comfy, dad's slept on it... I said... How many times has your dad slept on on it at 8 months pregnant??

He then turns round and go's Oh god i dont want ur ear ache sod it we'll get a hotel.

Seriously... Im close to tears again now.

Why is he so insensitive?? Making me feel like a nusance child and not his pregnant gf!

I really honestly feel like he doesnt care. I cant sleep at the best of times, let alone on an air bed. You'd think his family would say his 18 yr old brother and gf could sleep on the blow up bed and we could have their bedroom. Getting ready in the sitting room of their house isnt exactly appealing. We'll be woken up in the morning cause we'll be in the middle of the sitting room. I dont want the whole family to see my in my pj's. Im really upset (

Oh Sweetheart, Your dam right you cant be sleeping on a blow up bed and no matter what anyone says ive never found a comfty one yet! Get yourself in a hotal, Men sometimes just dont think and say yes to something when they shouldnt, im sure he only said yes because his dad said its ok, but you keep that foot down!

Maybe he thought he was doing well to save a few quid, maybe it was offered and he just didn't think.

Seems he changed his mind quite sharpish so perhaps he knew it was unreasonable.

Stick to your guns and don't make any apolygies,

Oh sweetie thats not nice if ur expected to sleep on an airbed at the best of times they are not very comfortable i think getting a hotel or bed n breakfast is the best idea i do hope u can have a good time

Im going to my sisters this weekend, i am having her bed whilst she has the blow-up so you are right to say you cant sleep on one, youre not a nuisance
