I'm having my baby on wednesday!

Hi All

Just been to see my consultant as 4 days overdue, have been having contractions 11/12 mins apart all morning but they are not getting any worse, on examining me he said my baby's head isn't engaged as I thought and will have trouble becoming engaged because of the shape of my pelvis - all in all he recommended I go for an elective C section. I had an emergency section last time with Holly and I thought I had about a 75% chance of achieving a vaginal birth this time around, he said following my assessment this morning it's more like a 25% chance!

The only reason I was aiming for VBAC is cus I thought I had a good chance of it working - I certainly do not want another emergency section so he has booked me in on wednesday morning! I just wish we could have established this a few weeks ago but never mind! Finally I will be meeting my baby yayyyy!!!
