Ive done it in again. Just when I thought it was getting better. Wham. I can barely walk. It feels like it has collapsed or something. It hurts to lift my legs and lay down too.

I'm in agony too. Just got stuck on the floor cleaning out the rabbits. And they were no help, Basil sat on my head and Parsley bit me on the bum xxxxxxxx

Maybe a spinal cushion would help? They have like a curve cut out of them so there's no pressure on your spine when you sit down. You need to see a physio hunny so ring and ask for a referral on Monday xxxxxxxxxx
