I've almost managed a full week of dieting!! I can't believe it! Ha ha! The scales are suggesting 3.5 lb loss which is good for no exercise, and obvs morning weight will probs be less since I got weighed not long after a full pork sunday dinner! Ha ha!

Gonna start my new dvd exercise routine from tomorrow, and also gonna eat breakfast every day! This week my change was to have my 5 a day and I've managed that no bother :dance:
 
Well done :) and sounds like a fab weight loss.


I've been dieting this week as well, but I feel bloated today :( hoping when I weigh on Tuesday the bloating is just in my head.
 
Well done! It is hard especially when u like ur food (I do) but I've found u can pretty much eat the things you like u just have to change the way u cook it, like spag Bol swap beef for Turkey mince swap a jar of sauce for tinned tomatoes throw in extra veg, have whole wheat pasta and hold the garlic bread.......... We should start a thread for healthy meal ideas xx
