So, I've joined the pregnancy forum to speak to other ladies in the same boat as me.
An overview:
I've charted for over 3 years with regular cycles between 25 and 35 days. I've had a scan which revealed no issues. I'm 23. Fell pregnant at 19 with my now husband's baby and we were delighted, but we no sooner found out that I was pregnant when I lost the embryo in a chemical pregnancy.
Haven't been pregnant since. I've got o- blood group which apparently can cause lower quality eggs. I quit smoking last year, took vitamins and excercised and it didn't help me concieve for over six months. I enjoy smoking, so I started again a few months ago, but am looking to quit again now because I know its not exactly healthy.
We live on our own and my work is freelance, so not much stress and pressure. I laid off of TTC for a year. It's been four years that I've been TTC my first. My AF is really heavy, painful and (sorry, tmi) contains clots.
The past 2 cycles I've begun spotting 2 days before my af.
I've been really struggling to get the doctors to look into it because hubby won't do a sperm test, even though he would love a baby. He is 27.
So they won't look into it any further until he supplies a sperm test, although there is a history of endo in my family.
We are in the UK.
I'm currently 8dpo and I am not hopeful at all for anything this month.
Even worse - my best friend is currently 18 weeks pregnant with her first.
I don't grudge her her happiness, but it is kind of a downer.
All of my hubbys friends currently have 5 pregnant gf's to and two have recently had their first babies and they live far worse livestyles than me (drinking, obesity, smoking, smoking pot all while they are pregnant.)
I don't hang with them unless I can avoid it - I have my own friends which are setting up businesses etc.
But I think it makes my hubby miserable to.
But, never mind.
