I was thinking same about myself I was showing really Wally with last singleton and this time at. 9 weeks I look like I'm 5months but with last it filled out and getting not much bigger during pregnancy just weird people already asking me how many months

I'm 16w with baby 2, and have half the bump you do.
I know everyone is different, etc, but I'd see a mw, to be honest. Your baby is only around 2cm long, and your uterus is still down deep in the pelvis - it hasn't started to lift above the pelvic bone yet.
