Drum roll......I'm exactly 9 wks! Pretty surprised but really happy as everything looks perfect.
Will upload a photo later. Clear hb and spine and little arms and legs already. Amazing.
This means I heard the hb at 7+3 with my doppler! Wowsers.

As they claim they have no other spaces at all I'm not sure I can. I'll text the mw tomorrow about it. Still undecided about NT screening.
