DD has been prescribed, among other things, oilatum to be used in the bath. When we have taken her prescriptions out of the bag we have found that the oilatum is not in a box and there is no seal under the cap - is this right? It doesn't seem quite full but maybe they just don't fill the bottles well. If it were a medecine it would go nowhere near her but I don't want to make a fool of myself going back to the pharmacy to ask why we have been given an open, not quite full bottle
Thanks for any help you can give - I just want to know if it's right that we should be given an unsealed bottle with no box.

we had boxes for all of ours, i dont remember them being sealed tho

Our oilatum sometimes sometimes comes in a box, sometimes not. The bottle wasn't sealed, the cap just screws off :)
I've never noticed how full the bottle is.

We didn't get a box and it's never been sealed. If you're concerned though just ask at the pharmacy - they won't mind I'm sure!

No I've never had a sealed one either. Got 2 tubes of it last week and it said on the side not to use if seal was broken but neither of them looked like they had ever had them on.

Ours doesn't come in a box and I'm pretty sure it isn't sealed. x
