I want to tell people

Since I found out I want to tell somebody!!! Just one person but me and my partner have agreed till we at least go for the 10week scan before we tell ANYONE
Its so fustrating.
Anyone experiancing the same fustration????

yes but i also know what its like to tell ppl and then to go and loose it,so it is best to wait until you get that 12 wk scan out the way

Thats why we both agreed to keep it to our selves. I cant imagen how are that mustv been.
Its still hard to keep to stum though. Especially some of my friend have just announced they are expecting so I cant wait till its my turn

God I'm so with you I keep nearly slipping up! My mum said "shall we go away for new year"? Nearly said bit close to due date!! Christ lol think we'll tell our rents this weekend I figure if we lose the baby I'd need my rents support anyway. No one else though well apart from my boss which I'm not keen on telling her have to tho

My oh wouldn't let me tell my mum until I was about 8 weeks, it was so hard! Then I almost had a fit cos I couldn't say anything when she put loads of red wine in spag Bol she was making for tea!! Xx

I so want to tell everyone. I have told most family and close friends, however, I do want to shout it from the rooftops. I work for a very large company and it is becoming difficult when we are planning work for next year already and I am thinking I am not going to be there.
I look at it another way though if something did happen to the baby I would need some time off work anyway so they would need to know then so will find out either way.
Now I am 10 weeks tomorrow and I have a meeting with my manager next week about my development plan going forward I may mention it otherwise the conversation becomes meaningless! Also I worry as I think my work is slightly not up to scratch given tiredness, sickness etc so I dont want to be penalised for that.
I guess it's a matter of choice I know my friend told everyone as soon as she found out.

I think I'll end up telling my best friend she's the only one who knows we were TTC and it's already getting hard turning down drinks and night outs and exercise classes. Just can't wait for the 12 week or first scan so don't have to lie to everyone and worried people will just think I'm putting weight back on lol

We've decided to tell both sets of parents - largely because both could do with some good luck, but also because i'm quite obviously not my usual self (off food, for a start, and very tired). We're visiting both sets this weekend, so seemed logical. (I'm 5 weeks). I figure my mum will be the one doing the supporting if (god forbid) soething were to go wrong, and we can't tell one and not the other!!

Everyone else can just wait till we've had our 12 week scan and I know everything's good.

We told everyone at 8 weeks after a private scan my thoughts are we are happy about it and want everybody around us to enjoy it! If something goes wrong then we would tell are friends and family as we would need their support. we have had friends loose babies after 12 weeks so you are never 100% safe leashis way we get to enjoy the pregnancy

husband and I decided to not tell anye until after my 12 week scan, then apprantly he told his best friend right after I had a positve test but we wouldn't tell anyone. I saw my mum three times the week after and had such a hard time not telling her (also ecause she told me her best friend is going to be a grandmother for the first time). Then at 5weeks my husband and my dad were doing u the garden and hubby said he couldn't work all weekend with sayinf anything so ended up telling my dad which ment we had to tell my mum as well (at 5 weeks this was). I am not bothered now so I told my best friend yesterday. I am not planning on telling everyone because if something goes wrong I don't want everyone feeling sorry for me but yes it is very hard to keep it a secret,
