Okay, now it's getting nice weather I want to buy a bike. I hate exercising at home and I used to love riding when I was younger. The bike of mine at my parents I got when I was 7, so I think it might be a bit small for me now...

I don't want to spend a lot of money for one, but I want to be able to fit a child seat on it so I can take the LO's with me when I go.

Can anyone recommend any types of bikes? What should I look for? Is it safe having a baby on the back of these bikes? Obv I will have helmets etc, but if I do fall off?

And I have seen bikes where you can pull along two children sat in like a little car. Following behind. Anyone seen one of those?

And finally lol, what is a good shop to buy one?

(i have a scheme through work where i can pay interest free for a bike, but im not sure if i actually have to use it to get to work to particpate in it  . If so I can't cause of getting the kids to nursery.

My work do a similar scheme and you don't need to cycle to work to use the scheme, just helping you to buy a bike. Check at work.

Our work plan was through Halfords specifically so if you go on your scheme you might not have a choice where you buy from but paying monthly helps!!

I'd actually just bought a bike already when I joined or work so didn't use the scheme, doh!

I bought just a mountain bike kinda multi terrain not too specialised! Haven't got any advise about kids carriers. Go to Halfords or somewhere and just chat with them about the diffierent options as there are so many, then go do your homework where you might find a cheaper deal!!

A few cycle hire places near me have the tow trailers for 1 or 2 LO's and baby seats, maybe its worth hiring the different types before you buy.
