I want a 2 week wait!

This is really getting to me. Everyone moans about the 2WW but right now I would love it. About 4/5 dpo I start spotting and cramping and that’s me out! No excitement of am I or aren’t I! With my wee one the month I got my bfp I had no spotting so I kind of knew.
No point to the post. Just feeling a bit down and needed to say it.

I don't think it matters if you know you're out early or late in 2ww, it's all disappointing? X

We haven’t been trying long and it’s not getting to me that we haven’t had bfp yet but to be out and spotting/bleeding 2/3 weeks out the month is getting to me.

I did when we were ttc first time and had bloods done and they were normal. It obviously didn’t stop me conceiving. Spotting is normal for me unfortunately.

I didn’t mean it to sound like I was more disappointed than someone who has the 2WW. Thinks it’s more a case of I wish I didn’t spot all the time.

No I totally understand, I've had AF for 6 days and that's made me fed up, so can't imagine how you must feel. X

I was the same as you. Would start spotting at 4 dpo and I always thought I was out. Then I got pregnant and I spotted while pregnant too! It eventually stopped at 10 weeks. Hang in there

I was the same as you. Would start spotting at 4 dpo and I always thought I was out. Then I got pregnant and I spotted while pregnant too! It eventually stopped at 10 weeks. Hang in there

Thanks. I did spot after my bfp last time but not in 2WW so maybe over thinking it cause it may not happen again. It’s just annoying.

I spotted all the time before my af. Was told it was normal but didn’t stop my frustration every month. I knew about 7dpo I was out. Happy to say I’m having my first baby in Nov. Good luck xx

Yeah normal for me to. As you say so frustrating. Congrats on your pregnancy.

I also get these weird cramps very low down starting from 2/3dpo and thats usually how I know I am not pregnant but I got my BFP on a month where I had the same pains, but sadly miscarried.

I often don’t get a peak opk so I don’t think I ovulate and when I do I can start spotting as early as 1dpo!! I too wish I could have a tww.

This may be stupid but is it definitely AF? I only ask as I had terrible problems with bleeding for nearly 2 years off the pill (not ttc at this point) and bleeding was to do with my cervix and not a period. I would have terrible heavy bleeding for ages throughout my cycle but it was due to other issues. Not sure if this could be the case for you but just thought it may help xx

It is usual for me to have spotting between ov and af. The only time I’ve not had it I was pregnant so I associate spotting with a AF and a BFN.
