any one else feel like this after their baby was born? i miss feeling him move and it being between us two, but i suppose he is here so theres no more waiting

aw bless you, at this moment in time cant say i will have that feeling,but yes with my other two i did feel quite strange, it wasnt me and my bump anymore.... i think it soon passes

i had that feeling after giving birth every time, you feel sort of empty doesnt last too long

I so don't its great to be able to bend, walk and eat without puking. I am delighted not to pg and have my little boy here.

I thought i would miss the kicks but don't. I enjoy sharing my bed with hubby again and not a mountain of pillows to get comfy.

He was so worth it but so glad i don't have my bump

Its funny how we moan how uncomfortable we are in the last trimester and then we miss the bump when LO arrives! I felt EXACTLY like this, there's something very personal about the bond between a mother and her unborn baby, feeling the kicks, seeing the movements etc. Now i have my second bump and more uncomfortable than ever, but love those moments when you're in the bath and you see them shift from side to side. Am sure i'll miss the bump again this time, but not looking forward to all that saggy skin

Once the first couple of weeks were over I definitely started missing my bump. As Lyn says it doesn't last too long.

Its strange isn't it. I hated my bump when I had it but now I'd love to have it back for a day. I'd love to go through the last week of my pregnancy again. So exciting! I'm sad now knowing I won't be doing it ever again.
