OMG its gone up to £27- I got it for £13 
It won't matter if he is walking already, kids love to push stuff around. My son will be 3 in May and he still likes pushing his baby walker around sometimes! Trying to encourage him to push his lawnmower now though, or a pushchair, something, anything!! x
