I have MUMPS* @7 weeks :(

So I went to the doctors sore throat and feeling so ill and not managing any fluids since yesterday. And she said it's mumps, she gave liquid antibiotics, which are safe in pregnancy (I asked) , but I've looked up that the chance of miscarriage increases with this virus before 12 weeks. Should I be worried? I may call the midwife. I'm worried about fluid intake aswel. I feel horrendous xxx

I really hope you get better soon, praying for protection of your baby too while you fight off the mumps. If you're worried definitely have a word with the midwife. Xox
