I really, really, really, really do!!!

The harrassing MOFO's!!

I got a court summons letter today. For £59.00 council tax. With £54.00 issue of court summons fee.

a) I am paid up with council tax.
b) its for april-june 2002......I moved in Feb 03 and lived with my mom before that

Tried to call them but was number 'couldnt be bothered to wait as would have been on the phone for an hour' (thats caller 11, but at call number 2 or 3 you wait nearly 30 mins )

I HATE THEM!!

Anyway, wrote an email outlining everything to them. Let them know I don't need this right now!

Got an automated reply to say would take them 14 days orlonger to reply!! Idiots

Even at my moms address, she was named as the tennant and not me! I gave them the previous tennants name.

They should know it!!

THEY ARE BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL REVENUE....I AM A BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL TENNANT....CAN'T THEY WORK IT OUT FOR THEMSELVES?????

Sorry for the rant ladies. Really needed to get it off my chest.

My hormones are playing up due to my pain.

They're all the same, don't know there arse from thier elbow.

I email everything now as I can't be dealing with phoning and then they give me a made up name so when I ring back they think I'm lying.

At least with email it's in writing and they can't dispute anything.

Then they get obnoxious on the phone and if your voice goes up one notch they say 'Please calm down or i shall have to put the phone down on you'



They must know this line is like a red rag to a bull!!!!

I have just sent an email to Birmingham City Council complaints. I refuse togo to court with evidence that I did not live here, when all they need to do is look on a computer

I am not wasting my time because of some jobs worth!!

My BP has been borderline last couple of times. Dont want it being pushed up by these noblets!

You should send the email in letter format to them too.. I know what they're like, and council email addresses are notorious for "sorry we didn't receive it". Writing and special/recorded delivery is the way forward x

Silly people. I know how you feel - not realted to the council but i've had student loan people bugging me about an 'over-payment' of £600 ish because I had to leave my uni course after a few weeks. I told them i couldn't pay it but would pay a bit monthly (afterall i didn't know i'd get preg, and i never saw the money!) i explained my situation. I then had to fill out a stupidly long form about my incomings and outgoings to prove i was poor!!!

I made my first payment 2 weeks ago. It's gone from my bank but i get a letter today saying they haven't had a payment yet and if i don't pay the complete balance soon they will take action against me!

I give up!!

I think my point was that ARG things like this are so annoying and unfair and the last thing we need!

I got all my holiday pay in a lump sum and the w@nkers took £257 from me that month. Called them on the 1st of April to whinge about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it because I'd missed year end! PFFT!

Called them on the 1st of April to whinge about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it because I'd missed year end! PFFT!

ARG! I've written to them SO MANY times. I don't even think i should have to pay up front really! It was supposed to be a loan like a normal student one but apparently i finished the course too early to have it as a loan... yet not too early to have to pay it!!

What gets me is that i didn't SEE the money. It went on fees - straight to the uni. Yet they are treating it as though i've taken their money!!!!!!

Student loans do my head in too. They got my N.I number wrong and kept writing to me. But managed to start taking some when I earned over £15,000 a year. They must have had it right somewhere. Ididots!!

My gas meter is not working. So, I called npower, and the woman said I am not with them

So, I called the number they gave me, national grid. The automated woman couldnt understand me. I spoke in as clear brummie as I could

So, it put me through to an advisor, but got the 'higher than usual call volume message' and it hung up on me

Called British gas and they said I am with npower

So called npower and they said 'yeah, you are with us'



But they can't help me yet. Council have to uncap my gas (they capped it because the meter isnt working) and then they willbook an engineer to fix the meter.

I could have screeeeeamed by the end!
