Been out and about all day today (including NCT nearly new sale for some bargains but that's another story!!) and as a result of this Evie didn't get her usual long uninterrupted naps. And boy have I paid for it this evening!! Grouchy doesn't even cover it! Full on screaming fits, won't even settle on me and generally very annoyed!! Just done bath bottle bed routine and seems to have worked as she's out like a light, but I can see what people mean - I'm not sure about sleep breeding sleep, but sleep certainly does produce a happier Evie!! Lol.
