I feel so vindicated

DH bought me a bottle of Gaviscon liquid and I can't stand the stuff! He was kind of dismissing me until tonight, joking that he had to go out and buy tablets to keep me happy and all...

And just a few minutes ago he wandered in complaining of heartburn and took a long swig of it and OMG his face, I have never seen anything so funny in my life. He looked like he'd eaten a thousand lemons. He rushed off to gulp down water.

I feel so, so vindicated.

was it the aniseed one? hehehehe mine moans everytime i say im tired etc... and today couldnt understand why i was worried about him having to do the shopping once LO is here... he thought it was going to be us & our normal life just with a baby from the day it arrives oh he really SHOULD have read the books i got him!!

I don't mind the peppermint but there is still a limit to how much I can swig so have been alternating with chewable rennies.

eugh god i hate the stuff too! but i hate heartburn even more, i still have to pinch my nose and prepare myself to swallow it! lol the gaviscon that is!
