I don't ovulate or get periods ...confused?! Please help

Ok so I have no clue whats going on with my body and my doc is useless so any help would be fab

Basically 5 years ago my periods stopped (they had never been regular). For 2 years a had no period at all and was at numerous gyne appointments to no avail as to why they stopped. Then completely out of the blue I fell pregnant. The doctor still doesn't know how. So obviously I still had no period when I was pregnant.

After giving birth I was put on birth control yasmin. I was told this would give me a monthly withdrawal bleed but wouldn't be a proper period. That was grand and I had several with drawal bleeds on this pill. When I came off it (to give my body a break cause I'd been on it roughly a year) I got no period and still haven't. So basically in the last 5 years I've only had 'periods' when the yasmin pill gave me withdrawal bleeds. I would love my daughter to have a sibling so I went to the doc for blood tests. I got results back last week to say I was not ovulating.
I'm to go back in 8 weeks for more blood tests.

I'm so confused. I don't ovulate or get periods so am I infertile? if not then is there anything I can request from my doctor to help matters?

Hi there, with your situation I know that a good doctor could help you with that. So if I were you, you should visit other doctors just to be sure of your situation. Good luck and keep me posted.
