I don't know what to do? (breastfeeding)

Lola seems to have turned into a baby again over the past 3 days

All she's done is breastfeed. She seems ok within herself and i don't think she's got any teeth coming through

She has hardly eaten anything today. All she's had is half a banana at breakfast, a small bite of her sandwich at lunch and a yogurt. She didn't even touch her tea

I'm really confused and don't know what to do? I tried offering all her fave foods but she just turns her nose up unless it's boobie

I hope it's just a phrase
