My little bean has kicked twice!!! :D At first i thought it was too early (15 weeks) but it happened again yesterday!! Am very chuffed, I didn't feel Kieran until much later on.

Anyone else feel it this early?

CONGRATULATIONS honey.

It must be wonderful to feel your baby kicking :D I can't wait. xxx

yep..i first felt her at 15 weeks too!!! Such an exciting time

I first felt mine at 15 weeks and they get stronger by the day. Your baby will soon be keeping you awake at night kicking and thumping

Oh I know- not looking forward to that!!! Kieran used to wake up at night and kick me when I was PG with him  Little monkey!!!

Just before 15 weeks was when i first felt the bubbles, proper hard kicks i think were about 16 weeks

Its all fun now girls :cheer:

I've felt my baby's kicks from 14 weeks - but this is my 3rd and I'm very slim. I've been able to feel the kicks from the outside from 16 weeks (my partner has felt them too) and I've been able to see them from around 17 weeks.

Funnily enough, my bump is still very low and the baby seems to prefer kicking around near my pubic area, though also kicks a lot higher up and at both sides. If I use the doppler, the baby often kicks right on the probe!

Well I don't know if I should be concerned I felt it 2 days running and haven't felt it since? Is that bad?

Frangelle,

You mean you haven't noticed the baby kick today? Don't worry, I'm sure the little rascal is just in a more awkward spot for you to feel him/her, or is just going to wait until you try to get some sleep :D

Mine has had me worried a couple of times and that's why i've put the doppler on and, sure enough - a kick right on the probe (as well as a strong heartbeat). Put a finger or two onto your abdomen, prodding in slightly and s/he might kick your finger if you rest it there long enough. My baby often kicks quite low down and seems to prefer kicking the right side. Try to feel which side your baby is lying (if you can) and your hand/finger on your bump. This sometimes works for me (but not always, so don't panic).

It's probably because it's still early days and you're just getting used to the sensation that you may even have missed it today, depending on what you've been doing.

xxx
