I can't take my vitamins :(

This will sound odd and maybe horrible to you,but ..i can't seem to take my vitamins in tablet form! As soon as i put it on my tongue i feel sick and not because of the taste but because i CAN NEVE EVER swallow a tablet

Are there any liquid pregnancy vitamins or in capsule form?
I have tried squishing pregnacare tabs but they just can't get disolved!

please help me im such a whimp

Wow hun thats a tough one , could you maybe cruch them up and stick the powder in a drink so it can easily be swollowed.? I dont know hun hope you find a solution
