:( sorry girls just want a moan

PLUS....when do you usually start craving things? dont think its a craving but all i seem to think about at the moment is eating oranges....plus ice lollies i cant get enough of them when i get home from work, do you think its all in my head?? lol  :rotfl:

I had a cravin for oranges in first tri too, it has eased abit now and I just seem to crave crisps! :rotfl: Sounds like a bit of a craving to me.

Good luck with the docs today.

Hey!

Good luck at docs today :)

Your posts are lovely and you SO want this baby, it's lovely that you are asking questions, (secret: I did when I arrived in this section lol) so don't you worry hun

I started getting mine (milk) at around 6 weeks.

Ice lollies is a usual one! And apparently, juicy fruits and fruit juices etc are supposed to mean you're having a girl! Apparently..!

Nope it's not in your head either lol

OMG you're nearly 8 weeks already!! Whoaa! :cheer:

I'm with you on the oranges, but mine is orange juice and I know exactly how you are feeling regarding your miscarriage.

I have had 2 miscarriages now, one sept 2006 and one Nov 2007 and everytime I go to the loo I breathe a sigh of reief then wipe again just to make sure, so you are not alone hun............

thanks girls hehe!!!

Dannii - i dont know how far along i am to be honest, that is just a guess and i took it from the last day i bled, which was my miscarriage, so that probably isnt right but hopefully will find out today!!!

:cheer:

bring me some oranges!!!! :cheer:

I wouldn't call it a craving as such but I have had a desire for milk for a week or so now.

I didn't know that about the juicy fruit icy lolly thing about having a girl but my best friend craved ice all through her pregnancy and she had a girl....

I'm off to eat some ice cubes now in the hope it tricks my body into giving me a girl.. :rotfl:

Yes it's a craving lol ooooh when (if I can) find out the sex, might mean we have the same?! Wouldn't that be wierd!! I have STRONG feeling I'm having a girl for some wierd reason - even though I have absolutely no preference!

Anyway, sorry to take over your thread MissGobby  xxx

I craved ice cold water and ice lollies all throughout my last pregnancy and had a boy! :D

It's good you are asking loads of questions. We are all feeling the same and I have learnt so much from this forum. Keep them coming!!!

Good luck today, I'm sure everything will be fine. Try not to worry about things as many women who MC once go on to have happy healthy babies in their second pregnancy.

I know its natural to worry, but talk to your GP and ask him/her to explain things you are worrying about. I think hearing it from a professional might help you.

Cravings can occur whenever. I had a thing for satsumas and clementines in first tri. Then stopped eating them after about 3 weeks. I've not really craved anything before or since tbh. Many women don't crave anything at all.

Awww I craved orange Juice! 1st tri, Quavers and Irn Bru 2nd tri and ice cream 3rd tri!!

Good luck at the doctors

i am drinking pints of orange juice every day at the mo!!!

Its so weird... I have been munching oranges and satsumas as if they are going out of fashion. It is obviously a common craving in 1st tri!

i'm not craving, but wanted to join in..
i love just Juice at the mo, they do apple orangew and pineapple.. there yummy drinks hehe xx

I think its natural to feel this way, after my mc's i was also worrying its only recently when I saw the 10 week scan i started to feel a bit better and now im having another one today everything feels ok but again a tinee bit nervous, i dont think that will ever go...

With regards to cravings i think the early ones are your body telling you what the baby needs, you need to make sure you hydrate yourself regulary as water=oxygen=baby getting lots of it, fruit is great aswell!!
