I can't believe this has happened to me..... :(

I would definitely write a letter and thank them for their kindness. Checkout work is normally undervalued by people, I'm sure they will love that they've been appreciated :D

i wrote the supervisor and checkout girl both a letter and took them in today and they said that there was no need as it's all part of their job.
i decided to write personal letters just in case they weren't really allowed to do what they did.

Well that just made me cry! How lovely, well done to the ASDA staff.
I love hearing things like this xx

Finally found a way of telling ASDA how great their staff were to me with out getting them into trouble, I've nominated them for an ASDA hero award for being, as I put on the form, "Absolute Angel's who seemed to bend over backwards to help me"

I think that will work!, I'll find out soon I'm sure!

Awww i actually cried !! Its like the good samaritan but believable, bless their little hearts, seriously makes me wanna shop at asda, not for freebies but morrisons made me cry the other day when i got my pin wrong and the woman started tutting about time wasting and obviously just stalling, i only got the last 2 numbers muddled !!!

Go asda !! Hope they win adsa hero !!
