i saw a women today with a little boy about 9months old sat on the curb of a busy main road waiting for a bus

the most anoying thing was the pram was right behind her and she had taken the baby out to sit him on the curb

People like that shouldnt be allowed kids!

Was she supervising him (i.e. sat next to him and watching him the whole time) or was he just there by himself? If the latter then that is out of order!

they were both sat on the curb with their feet in the road. (even though his legs were tiny) and she was sat stareing into space. Either way, it was a busy 2 lane road and near a round about.
