I am SO angry - fraudulent pushchair seller - my money lost

I ordered a Lunx Mix pushchair from a bulk seller on ebay who had positive feedback, to be told that it would be delivered yesterday between 3-5pm - ive bought the car seat and adaptors and some accessories for it.

I stayed in all afternoon waiting then heard nothing - tried to contact him - nothing

How on earth can someone have the balls to prey on pregnant women in this way, i am so disgusted
Turns out he is a fraud and hundreds of us have been affected - now the listing has been removed so i cant show you the number of bad feedback he's got today

The address and phone number for him are fake it turns out

FFS!! i can't see how these little worms live with themselves ripping women off on such an important purchase!! it makes my bloodboil! hope you get your money back through paypal they have some new rules that protect the buyer more..including there being no limit on how much money you can claim back!

We were caught out once by a fraudlent ebayer but got the money back in the end - they were pretty good about it. Don't dispair.

You should have no problem at all in getting your money back through paypal and thank goodness thats how you paid.

For goodness sake, its people like that give ebay a bad name.

Be sure that you claim from paypal asap because you only have a window of about 45 days I think to make the claim and you said you paid a month ago. Hope you get your money back.

Arrrrgggg how annoying. I love and hate ebay the same amount sometimes. I once did something similar and bought something, turned out it was a bogus seller, ebay removed him and i was stupid enough to do a bank transfer to pay....DOH! Don't ever do that on ebay, always use paypal and if they don't want to use that you have to question why not.

However i do also love ebay as even though i stupidly paid the way i did and it wasn't really their problem in the end i went through a claims process with them and they gave me about 80% of my money back. Which i was chuffed with as wasn't expecting anything.

My rule now is if i can't afford to lose the money i'm not buying it on ebay.

it was me hun, dont panic its ok we read the thread yesterday and were planning on buying from there tomorrow lol not any more! don't feel bad hun your beautiful little girl will pick up on it and she will be all mardy
