Hypnobirthing Classes

Hi Everyone,

Have any of you had any experience with Hypnobirthing?
I'm very interested in this and am about to sign up to 2 clasess in January.
I don't know anyone who has tried this before but have friends who know people. By all accounts people believe it works.

I was reading an interview with Tina O'Brien from Corrie last week and she did it - said her birth was "amazing"! You can watch some birthing videos on You Tube - you'd swear some of them were scientologists - not a peep out of them!! Thats assuming the rumours about Scientology and giving birth are true, ha ha!
