we got a letter in today, and mummykay I think we should declare friggin war on these sods!!!

"we will have to raise gas prices by 29.2% and our electricity prices by 19.2%"

we are charged quarterly, the last ones were paid late tho cos we had to find the £ to pay em!! cant mind how much they were tho. its so unfair
