Huuuge breast...very sore!

I have no idea what this is but hoping it's nothing I have to go to the doctor for My right breast feels like it's really badly bruised all down one side from my armpit, and across the top. It's also massive and really hard, but Toby's been fed from it tonight so it's not full. Hoping it's not the start of mastitis but I feel fine and it's not red (actually it's a bit red but I think that's just from me poking it ). Any ideas? I can't even touch it or move my arm without it hurting

I was gonna say mastitis or a blocked duct. Try havin a warm bath and gently massaging the area xxx

Thanks I had the hottest bath ever this afternoon and tried massaging it so I'm hoping that'll help. It's not any worse anyway..might be slightly better but that could just be because I'm not poking at it quite so much
