hsg test, please help

hi every one I was on the injection and came off it had no periods at all got referred to my gynae as we have now been ttc for over a year. I was given a few different hormone pills to try and kick start af this last one worked and I got a very small af, as they gynae had said the lining of my womb was very very thin. any way after this af I was sent for an hsg test which i found very painful, I'm just wondering what other ppls experiences were as ive head a lot of women conceive straight after but I had this done on Thursday afternoon and am still currently experiencing spotting and some quite bad cramps please help

I had some spotting a few days after my hsg, which was on and off for a couple of days. If you are still having some bad cramps and the spotting isn't getting lighter, I think you're best to speak to your doctor to put your mind at ease. How are you feeling today?

The pain isn't as bad today thank god and the spotting is still there but isn't getting any heavier I don't have a temperature or anything
