How's you midwife?

Mine's about as exciting as watching paint dry She has very little personality and actually bored me during my first appointment. I know she see's pregnant women everyday but I don't know, she just seemed very bland.

When mine first called me into the room i felt really disappointed. Id been so excited 4 my app and i suppose i expected someone really jolly. Mine was not. As soon as i got in the room tho she made me feel welcome and was very helpful and friendly so ended up being happy.

mine was nice but boring and a liar, she hardly went through anything with me, i got a bounty pack and my notes are in there, when i got home and read it she had wrote that she went through what foods to avoid and discussed hospital choices when she hadn''t, all she did was ask health questions about family members and sent me on my way. so she wasn't really nice at all, just seemed it at firt

I think mine is absolutely ace, she's funny, she's honest, she's helpful and she's just quite a cool lady. My OH's step-mother is a midwife/health visitor (well, she was, she does something else now) so I have some backup anyway.

Mine seems quite nice, although filled my notes out really scruffy so I can barely understand them, fair enough she fills these things out all day but I wanna be able understand it, and she ticked that I have a disability...I wouldn't mind but I don't!

A bit dissapointed I diddn't get the midwife I had last time, she's more like a family friend now lol, she was my Mum's midwife with me and my Brothers and Sister, my sisters midwife and mine!

I've only me tmine twice - once for registration and once for blood tests - and she seemed really nice: friendly, understanding, reassurring and kind. Thank goodness!
