Jug of water every time you go to the toilet, just pour it down as you go.

Make sure the water is warm though - you don't want to be throwing cold water down there.

The MW told me to pee in the shower, I was lucky enough not to have much discomfort with my stitches though.

Yes, have heard pee-ing in the shower is good! Also use a few drops each of tea tree oil and lavender oil in your bath - helps the healing process xx

Pee in the shower, pour warm water over yourself while peeing, leaning forward also helps so you don't 'spray' your stitches

I've heard pee standing up or with pouring a jug of water down whilst having a wee, and clean with water after too!

Buy some wit h hazel and aloe Vera wipes they are great they don't stop the sting but make the stitches heal faster n prevent infection I found holding the wipes over the stitches or pouring warm water helped immensley also a bit of Vasaline onto area before u pee xxx
