My hv advised to give 4oz a day of water max for a baby of millie age.

Millie wont need as much water as a formula fed baby because she gets most of what she needs from your breastmilk. Just offer her an ounce or so after each meal to help wash down her food.

I give water with each meal, but it depends on how much they drinlk. Just offer it, as it keeps the digestive system flowing, but your breastmilk will keep her hydrated.
