How much do you eat in a day?

I usually eat waaaay too much.

But after being back at work all I have had today is :

Corn Flakes
Tuna and Sweetcorn Sandwich
Tidgy packet of wine gums
and a few little chocolates

Whilst being off work I have eaten like a pig.

breakfast/lunch - boiled egg and toast - tea

dinner - fish with butter sauce and chippys!! - water

snacks - about 8 thorntons chocolates waterrrr.

not too bad today, i'm starving though, might put a couple of fish fingers on aswell yummmm...

my family are from devon and we have always called it breakfast, dinner and tea.

I've got into the habit of saying lunch myself over the past few years though. I lived in different parts of the country (canterbury, cambridge and up here in the cold) and people used to get confused when I called lunch dinner!

I actually call it Brekfast, dinner and tea and I live in South, really didnt know it was a northern thing?? People think Im a weirdo for saying tea though so I say dinner to shut them up. Maybe I wont anymore


SO heres what I had today

Breakfast egg whites on nimble bread toast

Dinner cereal - Frosties to be precise with semi-skimmed milk

Tea Roast Lamb, 3 Roast Potatoes, 2 Yorkshires and TONS of organic veg

Snacks 4 Rich tea biscuits and Ive drank lots of no added sugar squash

I actually turned down pudding which was Toffee Pavalova!!!!!!!! Ive lost 2lb this week and Im determined to eat well from now on

Ive had plenty of people down hear looking at me funny. It is a Northern thing even my James get confused when i day what our we having for tea he says dont you mean dinner? NO i mean tea
