How long does this last??

I'm aware that each pregnancy is different and each person is also, so not expecting an exact time, but roughly for how long do these period-style cramps last for??


I know they are completely normal, so I'm not worried about them, they just make it uncomfortable. Maybe I should be glad that it's only that and sore breasts that I'm experiencing!!

Anyone got any idea??

I cramped off and on for about a week or so, bloated right up at 5 weeks too, as long as they aren't too strong and you don't have bleeding, then try not to worry, once the sickness kicks, you will be consumed by that

i had them right up to around week 15 on and off.....some days worse than others x

im told they will come and go throughout the whole pregnancy.

If you read some of the Tri 2 and 3 threads they happen pretty much for the 9 months for some. There's a heck of a lot going on in there and everything's being moved around. Speak to your midwife about painkillers if they get a bit too much hunny but don't take anything without her say so xxxxxxxxxxxxx
