How long does it take to gain weight?

For the past 3 nights I've gone over my points by like 10 a day :oops:

Thursday - Cinema
Friday - Chinese
Saturday - Cinema

I haven't given up the diet, I knew we'd be having loads this weekend cos we planned it and Im sticking to my points again today.

My question is how long before I see the effects *gulp* of my 3 day binge :lol:
 
If you dont get on the scales hun you'll never have to see it :D

I used to do WW and sometimes had weekends off but vowed NEVER to weigh myself on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday....by Thursday Id be pleased with what I saw

I have binged all weekend to :doh: . I am just gonna get back on it tom and try not to worry to much. Just be good all week hun and i am sure you will be fine :D xx
 
sorry i dont kno anything about weight watchers or points but if youve eaten 10 too many one day cant u eat 10 less the next day to make up for it?
 
dooo exercise too, you will soon burn off the extra points.

You will only have put on about half a pound anyway if you stop the binge now, so just get back on the wagon :dance:

you can make up for it by your next weigh-in for sure, esp. if it's mid week :)

Not really cos I only get 20 points a day, if I could only use 10 of those Id starve :lol:

Going down my mums later to use the gym for a few hours so that should help :)
 
you can go down to 14 points on WW but it's not much fun :lol:

I'm allowed about 19 points, it's not a lot. Hard work sometimes innit?

Definitely! I used to be on 22 a day and even having those extra 2 points made it easier!

My freezer is full of WW ready meals so I have one of those for dinner and then when OH has his tea I have the same but just smaller portions.

I miss my Sundays dinner the most though, I used to have LOADS of roast potatoes *drool* but now I have mainly veg. Its not the same :(

The weights coming off though so its worth it! And I actually enjoy working out now :D
