How long does it take... Strange question..??

Ok this is a really strange question but...
After BD, i like to have a wash... advised to lye down for 30 mins etc.. so i do..
sorry if TMI but obveously the 'come' come's out after.. does your body take what it needs?
Just i'm thinkin does my body suck up the lil boys lol.. and get rid of what it doesnt need?
How long does it take for the lil boys to swim into your cervix? sorry for strange questions

i'm not 100% sure, but have a look at this, and it explains more about what happens to the sperm and how long everything takes to do what its meant to!

I'm just hoping i'm not reducing my chances of gettin BFP by moving around after.. i stay still for bout 20/30mins, but i'm always dead busy doing something, worried i'm not giving lil boys the chance lol

good strong swimmers should get to their destination and be safe from falling out within a couple of mins max i've been told
