how long did u carry lil one in carseat ?

im sooo worried i caint gonna be able to carry leland much longer that i dunno whether im gonna have to get another carseat ? either a 0-4 years one that stays in car or a lighter car seat ? ive got the m&p and its like 4.5 kg alone ! and leland already weighs 14lbs and his feet are coming to the edge f the seat !

when did u stop using a carrycar seat ? i dunno what to do !

I leave the car seat in the car and carry him in my arms/sling or buggy

I have the Mamas and papas one and I had to stop ages ago when he got too heavy, I started just lifting him in and out of it and leaving it on its base in the car and he didn't mind at all.

I just carry Evie now and leave the car seat in the car...

you don't have to buy a new one until their head gets to the top of the one they are using...it doesn't matter if their feet go over the side as long as their head is still sat within the seat walls x

Is it the primo vigro (or whatever its called) that u've got?

i've got that one and even when chester was 8lb i found it too heavy! He's 10lb now and I cant carry it much further than car to house which is about 5 meters!

I only carry him in and out of the car into the house if he's asleep and also I carry the car seat when we go swimming so I've got somewhere to put him while I get dressed. Finn's 17lbs and weighs a tonne in his car seat!! It's supposed to last him till he's a yr old but I can't see that happening!

I only carry the car seat in to the house if he is sleeping. The rest of the time I carry him or put him in the buggy. x
